The word human comes from the Latin humanus a hybrid relative of homo, meaning man and humus, meaning earth. Thus, a human, is man rooted to earth.
All my work, simply put, aims to bring the Human in closer connection to Nature and Self. I do this either through Outdoor Psychotherapy or Mindful Ceremony.
My life’s journey has not been without challenge, however my experiences with different modalities, provided me with an opportunity for personal growth, healing, and a great deal of learning.
