The word human comes from the Latin humanus a hybrid relative of homo, meaning man and humus, meaning earth. Thus, a human, is man rooted to earth.


All my work, simply put, aims to bring the Human in closer connection to Nature and Self. I do this either through  Outdoor Psychotherapy or Mindful Ceremony.
